I’m always on the lookout for new-to-me authors and taking a chance on things that look interesting. Sometimes that pays off for me (I’m looking at you, Zombie Bake-off by Stephen Graham Jones).
Sometimes it really doesn’t (I’m looking at you, Space Train by Terrance Haile. I still want the giant space crabs you promised).
