Actually, the worst of it is that after a steady diet of SVU at college, *it's not that bad*. But it feels that way.

Yeah, I know the feeling. After re-writing the story a dozen or so times, it all started to seem vaguely normal and every-day. Then I'd catch myself reading through certain scenes and thinking "hold on…"
